A Moon cycle has a beginning, a peak, and an end, which is a better shape for anything you're trying to change than a calendar month. Setting the intention at the new moon, writing a line at each phase, releasing at full, and reading the page back before the next new moon turns a log into a practice. After three cycles, the patterns show.
