Frequently Asked Questions

What spell supplies can I buy for under $5?
Ritual oils, incense, loose herbs, household candles, herbal votives, charm bags, sachet powders, worry stones, bead bracelets and bath salts are all under $5 here. A candle, an oil and an herb for the same intention make a complete candle spell.

What size is a 2-dram bottle?
A 2-dram bottle holds 1/4 fluid ounce, about 7.4 ml. That is enough to dress a few dozen candles, since each candle needs only a few drops.

How do I dress a candle with oil?
Put a few drops of oil on your fingers and rub it onto the candle while you focus on your intention. Many practitioners rub from the middle toward the ends, or toward themselves to draw something in and away from themselves to send something out. Rolling the oiled candle in a crushed herb adds that herb's purpose too.
