If you'd rather write by hand, print it. The fields disappear on paper and you're left with a clean sheet of writing lines and circles to shade. It prints on plain US Letter paper and works loose in a binder, clipped to a board, or trimmed for a journal. Stylus apps like GoodNotes and Notability treat it like paper too.
