How To Use Spiritual Soap

You use a spiritual soap the same way you use any bar, with an intention added.

  1. Choose the bar that matches your goal, and put your intention into one plain sentence.
  2. Lather it between your hands or on a washcloth in the shower, saying the sentence aloud or silently as you go.
  3. Rinse, and take a breath before you step back into your day.
