Where do you ship, and how long will it take?

We ship worldwide 🌍.

Orders usually leave our hands within 1–2 business days, and once they're on their way, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs, typically arriving within 10–21 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the U.S. is free on orders over $50 or $6.50, if the weight of the full order is less than 0.6 pounds; if your order is over 0.6 pounds, standard USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates apply.

International rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are and what's in your cart, so you'll always see the cost before you pay.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). If it's been more than 5 business days, and you haven't seen a shipping note, Contact Us, and we'll track it down for you.

What's your return and exchange policy?

If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 180 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. For the safety and integrity of the work, a few things can't be returned once opened: herbs, oils, and consumables, but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, that's on us. My order arrived damaged or something's missing; what now?

First, we're so sorry! That's not the experience we want for you. Contact us within 5 days with your order number, a photo of your packing slip (located on the outside of your package) and a photo of what arrived, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away. No hoops to jump through.

Are your products cleansed or charged before they ship?

Every order passes through the pyramid, being energized on their way out to be shipped. That said, we always encourage you to cleanse and connect with your tools once they reach you, passing them through incense smoke, setting them in moonlight, or simply holding them and naming what you want to work toward. That first moment of connection is part of what makes a tool yours.

Are these products a substitute for medical or mental-health care?

No! We'd never ask them to be. Our tools are for spiritual and ritual practice. Magic walks alongside care, never in its place. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone trained to help. The work supports your doctor's care plan; it doesn't replace a professional.

How do I use candles and herbs safely?

A little practical grounding goes a long way. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep it away from anything that can catch fire, and set it on a heat-safe surface out of reach of little hands and curious pets. Our herbs are sold for ritual and spiritual use, not for consumption. When in doubt, work slowly and pay attention.

How does the Rewards program work?

Every dollar you spend earns points, and those points turn into discounts on future orders; it's our way of saying thank you for being part of this. You can join and check your balance anytime through the Rewards link in the menu.

How do I use my discount code?

Enter it in the "Discount code" box at checkout, and it'll apply before you pay. One code per order. If a code isn't working, double-check it hasn't expired and reach out if you're stuck, we're happy to help.
