The Spiritual Significance
The line is a knowing echo of a rather cruder bumper sticker, and it improves on it, because what it actually says is that the world is stranger and more generous than the rude version allows. Things do happen. Some of them are good, and some of them are unaccountable, and a practice is largely a way of staying alert to both.
It is a light thing to put on a car, and lightness is not the enemy of seriousness. A person who cannot be cheerful about their practice is usually taking themselves more seriously than the work.
