Are these real hematite?

No. Natural hematite is only very weakly magnetic; anything that snaps together like these is manufactured material, usually called hematine. These are that, honestly labeled and priced.

Is the rainbow color natural?

No. The iridescence is a decorative metallic finish applied over the gray material. It is stable with dry handling but it is a coating, not the stone's own color.
