1. Ready a dish. Work over a fireproof dish on a stable surface, and open a window so what is released can leave.
2. Banish first. Light the black side, blow it to a smolder, and waft the smoke through the space while naming what you are releasing.
3. Draw love in. Once the space is cleared, light the red side and waft its smoke as you name the love and warmth you are inviting.
4. Relight it later. The bundle serves several sessions if pressed out fully between them.
5. Extinguish safely. Press it out in sand or the dish, never leave it burning unattended, and keep it clear of anything flammable.
