Sunstone is the sun's own stone in the Western crystal tradition. Scott Cunningham places it under the Sun and the element of Fire, and the tradition reaches for it in work touching optimism, vitality, energy, and success: the warm, forward current of the solar register. Judy Hall's Crystal Bible ties it to the sacral chakra and to Leo and Libra.
