Spirit is the tradition's fifth element, aether in the old philosophy, the crown of the pentacle's five points, the element invoked not for any single register but for the wholeness the other four make together. Its bath is the line's sabbath soak: drawn for dedication days, before the practices that ask for the whole self, and for the evenings when what is needed is not clarity or ground or heart specifically but the quiet of the center. Dissolve, settle, and let the soak be the still point. The salts hallow nothing on their own, as we say plainly across the line; they scent the water in the center's register while the stillness is kept by the one soaking.

1. Dissolve a small handful in a warm bath.
2. Soak in the center's register, letting the working be the stillness itself.
3. Rinse lightly if you prefer; sensitive skin starts cautiously.
