All three stones are modern names, absent from the old correspondence books, so we file the trio's meaning honestly with contemporary practice, where each has a settled role. Labradorite is the transformation stone, gray until the light moves and then suddenly blue and gold, which is as good a portrait of a life mid-change as mineralogy offers. Larvikite, its darker Norwegian cousin, is kept for grounding and clear footing, the steadiness a transition spends fastest. Hessonite is the cinnamon garnet, warm and forward leaning in modern practice, and a stone with its own deep, separate history in the Vedic gem tradition, which we mention with respect rather than borrow from. Carried together, the trio makes a small argument: change flashes, footing holds, warmth carries you through.
