Sealing a document is one of the older gestures there is, and it has always carried more than practicality. To seal something is to close it, to mark it as yours, and to declare it finished and binding, which is exactly why sealing wax has a natural home in magical practice. A petition folded and sealed is a working closed and committed; a spell paper stamped with a seal is a piece of magic marked done and sent.

That is the honest and genuinely interesting frame for this kit. The act of pressing a seal is itself a small ritual of finality and intention, the physical full stop at the end of a working, and it lends itself beautifully to spellcraft without needing any claim that the wax has power of its own. The wax closes; you supply the meaning. Beyond ritual, it is simply a lovely way to finish a letter or a journal.

1. Ready your paper. A folded petition, a letter, a spell paper, a journal you want to close.
2. Melt the wax. Drip a small pool of melted wax where you want the seal, over the fold or flap.
3. Press the seal. Set the metal stamp firmly into the pooled wax and hold a moment.
4. Lift when set. Let it cool briefly, then lift the seal straight up to leave a crisp impression.
5. Mark it done. In spellwork, the sealing is the closing gesture: the working is committed and finished.
