What is the difference between the sticks and the cones?

The fragrance is the same; the burn differs. Sticks burn longer and spread the scent across a wider window, which suits extended sessions. Cones burn more intensely and fill a space faster. Many practitioners keep both.

What does sage and cedar smell like together?

Is it too much for a small room?

A long-burning stick in a small closed room can produce more smoke than is comfortable. Crack a window, or burn it in a larger space where the scent can disperse. It should scent the room, not fill it.
