The ritual bath is one of practice's oldest formats for exactly that kind of turn, the deliberate immersion that marks a before and after, and the fire bath's charm is its composite logic: candlelight presiding at the water's edge, the element honored by flame while the bath does the dissolving and carrying-away that water does best.

1. Run the bath warm and dress the water with the purification blend.
