The Spiritual Significance
Dream work is among the oldest forms of inner practice: cultures across history have treated dreams as a source of guidance, insight, and contact with the deeper self. A candle gives that practice a small ritual anchor, a way to mark the threshold between waking and sleep and to set a clear intention before you dream. This votive is charged with Reiki and scented to support that quiet turning inward, and its soft aqua color belongs to the watery, intuitive register where dreaming lives. The candle focuses your own intention rather than acting on its own; many light it as part of a bedtime ritual, then keep a journal nearby to catch what surfaces on waking. Burn it safely and never sleep with a candle lit.
Step by step
How To Use
- Cleanse and set up. Pass cleansing smoke over the votive and set it in a votive holder on a heat-safe surface.
- Set your intention. Name what you hope to dream, remember, or understand as you prepare for sleep.
- Light it and settle. Light the wick during a calm bedtime ritual, then extinguish it before you sleep and keep a journal nearby for the morning.
- Burn it safely. Never leave a burning candle unattended, never fall asleep with it lit, and keep it clear of anything flammable.
